Pastor Kaleli’s Life Verse
The Journey God Called Me On
Professor Jones Kaleli is a Kenyan-born ordained pastor, counselor, life coach, missiologist, speaker, author, and professor. He holds an MA and PhD in Intercultural Studies from the School of Intercultural Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, an MA in Old Testament from Denver Theological Seminary, and a BS from Columbia International University.
With over 30 years of experience in education and over 50 years in ministry, Prof. Kaleli has served in various roles, including pastoral care and teaching at Kenyatta University, Egerton University, and Daystar University in Kenya, as well as the Haggai Institute in Singapore. He was the founding Provost of Kabarak University in 2002, guiding its early growth until 2005, when he joined Liberty University in Virginia, USA, as an Associate Professor in Intercultural Studies for eight years. In 2013, he was appointed to serve as the fourth Vice-Chancellor of Kabarak University.
In 2017, Prof. Kaleli returned to Liberty University, where he continues to train future pastors, missionaries, and global leaders at Liberty Theological Seminary. His specialty and expertise in anthropological studies and intercultural communication is a gift to both the church and academia.
Prof. Kaleli is also a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
